Difficult to use. by Kitchen Tools & Gadgets

I was looking forward to using this spiralizer but it was very difficult to use. You have to use too much force to push the veggies toward the blades, which are basically crushed by the protrusions holding the veggies to keep them from turning into blades. Also, my hand got wet from the vegetable juice and everything became very slippery. All I could do was roll half a white onion into a spiral. This would even work with a nice crispy red onion. He didn't even bother to return it — he donated…

Make your own veggie spaghetti

Overall easy to use, a bit awkward to position your hand while trying to move the handle forward but not a huge problem. I would like more metal than plastic. I don't know how long it will last but I like it. The local grocery store will cut and pre-wrap the zucchini and zucchini. Only used once before. Was very easy to use. I found that one should not put vegetables in there for too long, it is better to cut it to about 4 inches and not try to put a whole zucchini in it for example. I roasted yellow squash with green squash (zucchini) and it turned out great. The only thing I would mention is to cut whatever you are preparing into 5 or 6 inch pieces so they are easier to eat. Can't wait to try it on other suitable veggies to see how it works. I saw this at the 700 club…

It does what it says on the tin but the quality of the gadget is cheap.

I like what this gadget does and I've used it quite a bit since I bought it. He does what he says, but not without serious effort. All in all you get what you pay for. I thought the price was a good deal but the quality of the device is cheap and I'm not sure how long it will last with extended use. All veggies need to be pre-cut to fit on the Veggetti and are difficult to hold in place by twisting the handle, even with the suction cups down. Vegetables often slip off the press because they are
