I have a Broyhill bedroom set that is over 20 years old and several of the drawers tilted incorrectly when opened. After finally doing some research, I found that the chain slack was broken in any case. I checked if they match. They were, unsurprisingly as they seemed to have been the standard for a while. If you have at least the most basic manual skills, you can replace them without #@&%* in minutes! general. And the price is very reasonable. So if this "First World" problem bothers you, spend a few dollars and a few minutes and make your life a little better.
