I bought this for personal use. I don't even use it that much. Those two handles keep slipping out. Another thing that worries me is that there are rust marks on the blade. I've bought one from another manufacturer for many years and never had this problem. I called Klein Tools today and they said they do not guarantee wear and tear and tare. My tools are kept in the garage. So I don't know what kind of wear (rust) you are talking about. Another thing is that Revain is not their official dealer. Therefore, we cannot receive a product exchange.
