Was looking for an affordable mat that was truly non-slip to continue learning yoga at home during the pandemic. I tried Gaiam’s non-slip and they were very slippery. I actually do not slip at all in downward dog on this mat. The green is a beautiful color, and I love the diagram on the mat to help with form.Knocked off a star for two reasons: 1) Because it’s matte, it scuffs easily and you can’t rub the marks out, so toe draggers beware, 2) After unrolling, one of the ends doesn’t lay flat right away, and I’m always adjusting it at beginning of workout.
