Ideal for quickly mopping up liquid BBQ sauce or marinade.
They hold a lot of liquid, so they can be easily wiped off the meat and thus quickly prevent heat and smoke loss from the grill. Grill brushes don't absorb much liquid, so they're not as easy or quick to use. They are difficult to clean, they need to be soaked and washed thoroughly. This is exactly what I need for my new smoker/pellet grill.
