Didn't work on my Dell Latitude e6410 even though it matched the specifications published by Dell. The laptop kept rebooting even though the BIOS correctly recognized the memory. With different RAM, the laptop worked fine. Since doing research I've found that the time it takes a laptop is not compatible with that particular RAM. In fact, it's Dell's fault for not specifying their requirements. Probably a good product with the right laptop. Suggest looking for reviews with your laptop model number as a keyword before ordering a RAM upgrade. I found one from Crucial that other people thought worked so I ordered it after I returned it.
