Review on ARRIS Surfboard Internet Certified SBV2402 by Holly Walker

Everything worked fine with the unit until I bought it about three months later. Now the device turns off at a random time every day, literally for no reason. The only way to bring this device back online after the failure is to unplug the device and plug it back in. When students study at home and I work from home and restart my modem every day, it's a huge task. It's not an electrical issue or anything as the modem and router are the only devices on our circuit so the problem is literally the modem itself. I don't recommend buying this device, spend your hard-earned cash on another product off.
