I have bought many LEGO products over the years and this is by far the worst product they have ever sold. You must be confused that the LEGO name is associated with it. Putting it together was very quick for my 6 year old who made a number of other kits. This is mainly because there are few parts for helicopters, the first one was built in less than 30 minutes. However, she could not get him to fly. The blades turned as they should, but didn't seem to generate enough lift. So I tried it myself and pulled the brake line as fast and as hard as I could and it ripped about an inch off the launcher before falling to the ground. I took the figure out of the pilot's seat, thinking removing the weight would help, but it didn't. If you look at the instructions, then it's built correctly. In summary, LEGO is selling a poor product that in no way does what it says it does. You should only buy this set if you want to look at the models that come with it, as the interactive part is broken.
