Not bad item when considering the price. You get what you pay for.
I bought these for my 6 year old who is suffering from calcaneal apophysitis. They seem to alleviate some of her heel pain, although with in the first week one of the inserts tore, and they do not stay in place very well.

- May cause shoes to slide or move around on the foot during wear
