This little coat is so cute! It is water resistant but feels very soft on the outside, not hard or "plasticy" at all. The offset zip and button closure allows for a small pocket down the middle, and the lining is such a cute, soft design! Hood with zip and that adorable ruffle. It's all so functional yet very girly. It's the perfect size, roomy enough to be worn over a shirt or sweater and sits just below the hips.
