Torn Edges Best in Exterior Accessories

Supplied with torn edges. Not a problem for a full roll, but at the price of vinyl we shouldn't have that problem and we should be able to use every inch of it. The first two inches of vinyl were useless to us as they don't stick to anything that needs to be ripped apart.
