Monocular eyepiece was chipped. Now perhaps one could attribute this to shipping, but further evidence points to poor build quality. The monocular is barely attached or guided in its box. The box is full of misspellings and the instruction manual (more like a piece of paper) is even worse. The tape for the item was thrown in the box, separate from the unopened plastic bag. The monocular appears to match the listing images, but a closer look reveals small components in various places - even in images shared by other users. Finally, looking through the uncracked part of the eyepiece, the sunny day appeared cloudy and the zoom/focus was barely usable. In general, it is clear that this is a crappy and unsystematic construction. Even if it is a foreign production, any reputable international company takes care of the quality standards (always the same product, no spelling mistakes, etc.). Of course, the price is attractive, but when it comes to sending you far away, this piece of junk is unlikely to work, and all you'll do is waste your time. What you get here is a dollar shop trinket, more suited to toddler play than an actual surveillance tool. Literally. Garbage.
