The user interface of Eco Bpm looks very easy to understand and it has all the features required by our organization.
I like that we have many options in scheduling recurring tasks as well as service orders.The support team is great! They respond quickly when issues arise. It would be nice if there was an option at login level (or some other way) so you could choose whether to receive emails from eco bpms management console vs email notifications only. As stated above - response time with customer inquiries/queries.
