Great product & excellent technical assistance

The user interface of Eco Bpm looks very easy to understand and it has all the features required by our organization. I like that we have many options in scheduling recurring tasks as well as service orders.The support team is great! They respond quickly when issues arise. It would be nice if there was an option at login level (or some other way) so you could choose whether to receive emails from eco bpms management console vs email notifications only. As stated above - response time with…

Great way for tracking various types or Projects, Contracts and even Inventory items!!!

The best part about Eco-BPm software application has been that it provides me with all of my project needs in one place at once time I need them! Project management used by companies like mine when we have multiple projects going on simultaneously as well as long term contracts etc.. This helps us keep track of everything from start till finish without having to navigate through so many different applications/systems which can be confusing sometimes if you are not familiarized enough woth…

Great tool for managing various business operations

I appreciate that it allows me as an admin user in our organization (which has many users) be able change permissions so we can do what needs done without having other people's input/approval required! It saves us time when creating work orders because there are no prompts asking if you want certain things completed by others than yourself; which makes sense since those tasks would not have been assigned yet at this point of entry into COE Bpm software - but still allowing them from being…

  • Very easy navigation even though complicated layout is present due mostly likely needless complexity involved.
  • Allows creation or modification easily thru various tabs available including fields related directly linked together making data transfer easier too !
