The ability to monitor all aspects of our infrastructure has been very useful in identifying potential issues that would otherwise go unnoticed, or not picked up until it was too late (or we had already paid dearly). I like how easy this software is - there are few things you can't do from your computer! It's also great because everything runs as part cloud service which gives me peace of mind when managing my IT assets remotely without needing dedicated staff at every location around Australia/New Zealand /worldwide etc.. We have used other products before but none give us such comprehensive control over monitoring so many different areas across multiple sites simultaneously compared against others who only provide single site solutions.
