Installation was easy, and the instructions provided made this entire process a no brainer. However, this is where the product begins to struggle.1) USB ports are not particularly sturdy, and have begun to sink into case. This causes my cables to be off angle and just generally not provide a lot of comfort in use. This may be due to the stiffness of the USB ports on the first few uses.2) The USB ports have a very high-frequency whine that only occurs when items are plugged in. This renders the ports almost unusable while sitting at the desk.Perhaps I got a defective unit, but overall I would not suggest this item.
