Review on 🌑️ AMIR Refrigerator Thermometer (New Version) - Wireless Indoor Outdoor Sensor Temperature Monitor with Audible Alarm by Christine Smith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great price and fairly good quality

Amazing value for money. It works out. Temp transmitter devices sometimes take a while to sync and the readings seem to settle down and have decent accuracy thereafter. Maybe a few days at most. One thing that isn't mentioned is that a blinking channel means an update was skipped. It may be out of range or something is interfering. Normally the update will be skipped, so just wait it out. If it's still flashing after a few hours, then something is wrong. Also note that shipping from a metal refrigerator can be difficult to accommodate a transient sender. Maybe hang it on the upper basket next to the door seal. A NOTICE. The batteries must be lithium, especially for the freezing temperature sensor. They work well down to -40F. The same goes for cold climates outdoors. Alkaline ones work well at around -4F. Not recommended for freezers or use in extremely cold climates. Zinc-carbon AAs operate at around -20F with reduced output voltage. Lifespan is limited. Not the best, but good for when that's what you have.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others
