I have a 2001 325ci and the business CD lost its LCD screen and the sound was terrible. The radio function just buzzed, so I felt it was time to bring the car into this decade. I'm considering other Android devices like Dynavin and Avin Avant but didn't feel like spending $700 after all the upgrades so I bought this device (octa-core) for just over $300. Tip: You can find dozens of installation videos on YouTube. Very straight forward although I had trouble removing the vent around the radio. After all the panels were removed, I did a simple radio installation in less than 5 minutes (and it was my first time installing a radio). The wiring harness was a snap, but I didn't have a car with an upgraded radio, so I didn't have to run a wire to an amp in the trunk. If you have one of these cars, I feel sorry for the installation. I added a $40 aftermarket TPMS from ebay, a backup camera and an Eonon front view camera. The software is a bit difficult to understand, but it worked in the end. Then I ordered an OBDII (pre-torqued) and microphone from Revain and they both worked. I think all of this plus the radio cost me $400 and a weekend to install. What great value!
