I've read a lot of reviews that mentioned the beads hanging on the cord but I haven't found that to be the case. The thread is good quality, the beads fit well and stay in place but are easy to position. The item comes with instructions and I received an email from the seller with a PDF of the same sheet that I was evaluating. My only problem is my eyes suck! I have Prisma 21 in my glasses, an extreme case of diplopia. I don't have "bulging eyes" (which my wife teases me about) but they just don't like working together as they tend to be esotropic. is more than 5 inches from my face.
