If your size is slightly over the recommended size, skip the instructions and go up a size. First off, they're too big (my 1 1/8" grinder is a few thousandths under 1 1/4"). 1.03" to 1.06" to allow 3/4" tubes to slide out in structures. I also intended to use it to open up the 25mm C-cell flashlight aluminum tubes to 26mm (1.026") LiFePO4 cells. I hope that after the hon on the steel tube is broken I will be able to run it in the aluminum tube. without end damage. I think in both cases would it be better if I didn't follow the instructions and bought a 1 inch sharpening stone instead.
