I'm a stingy person by nature, so I didn't see a need to buy a Pro Wahl clipper. After trying 3 home model cordless lithium ion hair clippers, I'm tired of wasting money and creating waste. So I buckled up and got it. The motor is strong to cut my hair when it's longer. The only problem is that this clipper only comes with a blade and some guards. I don't use guards because I'm bald. But the included blade doesn't cut short enough, maybe about 1/8" as short as possible. I had to buy a nice blade that works great. I've had it for a few months and so far so good. I'm happy I hope that it lasts a long time Update: 04/06/15 I've been trying to figure out when I bought this It was two years ago, almost today This thing is still going strong I use it 1-2 times a week I charge it maybe all 3-5 months on This was the best purchase I made in 2013 Now that I am writing this addendum to my review it will probably break But for $3.30 a month to cut your hair - this is a great offer once a week i don't upvote because i only had to use the thin blade update: 22/12/15 it died i opened the battery compartment and it looks like the battery is a lion battery and i tried but finding a replacement with Revain could exact do not find Impressive. And when I found it was a NiMh battery. So I texted/called Wahlly directly and told them I needed a new battery. They said they couldn't send the li-ion battery out of the device and they said send it to us and we'll replace it for free. They also said they would sharpen the blades. So I sent it back. A few weeks later they sent me a brand new device. No questions were asked. The only problem is that I sent my beautiful blade to be sharpened and the new device has a standard blade. So I emailed Wahl my story and they sent me a nice replacement blade for free. Wahl customer service is phenomenal. Buy it outright, it costs money. I have updated my rating to 5 runs due to Val's maintenance. I still wish they would give it a fine blade or make a bare blade, but I'm perfectly fine with this one.
