Perfect for my application. Everything needed to change the transmission oil and filter was included except for the transmission oil. Beware! There is a rubber O-ring around the filter connecting tube. You may not see it on your old filter or in your new filter pack, but the o-ring will be there. Make sure you find a new O-ring and use it. Make sure the old o-ring comes out when you take out the old filter as you don't need two o-rings. Also, don't be an idiot who replaces the transmission pan without properly tightening the bolts. You run the risk of bolts breaking, threads in the aluminum engine block tearing out, or bolts being undertightened. For the Toyota Rav4, tighten the bolts to 67 inches or approximately 5.5 ft-lbs. It's not rocket science, but it has to be done right if you want to avoid problems.
