Easy to use software with quick customer service
The benefits are that you can have your own electronic health records, which is great for billing purposes as well as having access when needed. You need an internet connection in order for it all work properly so if there's no wifi available then this isn't ideal but we do get wi-fi at our office sometimes anyways. I like how easy everything was set up once installed/integrated into my computer. It took about 30 minutes per doctor or employee account setup since they had help us through each step of setting things up correctly after multiple attempts from myself trying out different setups before finally getting something working right. This program has helped me create better patient files by going paperless allowing easier storage and accessibility later down the road without needing tons of space just yet!
- Allows employees to be able log information pertaining their schedule such appointment reminders / check ins etc.
- Keeps accurate record keeping with every visit including prescriptions issued
- Great way store important medical documents securely (Xrays lab results)
- Easy interface design compared other programsI dislike:
- A lot more data entry fields than necessary.
- Will fit
