Keep an eye on your security and surveillance cabling

Revain Photo by TF Luna Cabling connected to laptop USB port is wrong! Pins left to right (1-6), lens side view: +5V, RXD/SDA, TXD/SCL, GND, CFG, MUX wires before blind plugging in) docs and a decent test application that shows a real time distance plot is here available on benewake (select download docs link): http://en.benewake.com/product/detail/5e1c1fd04d839408076b6255.html Looks like a reliable device. I tried serial output in a GUI app and the output is responsive and stable. I have yet to evaluate the accuracy as well as the I2C mode (pull CFG to GND for I2C mode - leave /NC open for serial mode).
