I wasn’t expecting much given the low price but this light’s performance has exceeded my expectations. It takes a bit to get there though, as there is a fair amount of assembly required with little guidance as to how to do so. But assembled, it’s light output and versatility of placement make it truly effective. At full height, I’ve found it ideal for illuminating the engine bay of vehicles; detached from the tripod, it offers great illumination of the underside— at least of those with high ground clearance. The power port makes it easy to add a corded smaller light. For lengthy projects with little ambient light, this becomes your best friend.Though I’ve been using this for about a month now, it’s still too early to project its durability, but based on current performance I highly recommend it.
