Review on BOLEXINO Charcuterie Stainless Plastic Vegetables by Keisha Stewart

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Extra-long stainless steel double-handled knife with 16-inch blade for slicing cheeses, melons and large foods

handle on each end for slicing a wheel of cheese or a large watermelon. This is a well made knife with a 16 inch stainless steel blade (blade only) and a plastic handle on each end. The height of the blade leaves some room for my hands when it comes out to push through what I'm cutting with it. Is not sliceable as it has 2 handles but cuts food well as it is sharp. The handles aren't ergonomic, but this knife isn't designed for long cutting tasks. This lowers a half star, but since there are no halves I'll take 5 by default. The knife has vacuum notches on each side of the blade. Technically, this is a Kullenscliff-style blade. A common name for these flutes is "Granton Edge" but "Granton" is the brand name of the British company that first marketed this type of fluted blade and that extending its flutes to the edge would be misleading. use. The Kullenscliff blade has serrations that end OVER the edge of the blade, just like this knife. Since it's not meant to be sliced thinly, I don't think the dimples are really necessary. This knife lacks any blade guard, making storage difficult. It's too big for my knife rack or cutlery drawer. I'm keeping the box it came in to help with that. A simple plastic edge protector would be a great addition. I recommend this BOLEXINO Store 16 Inch Cheese Knife Double Handle Sausage Knife Set, High Carbon Stainless Steel Blade with 5 Inch Black Plastic Handles for Cheese Cake Vegetable Soap (16 Inch Cheese Knife). This is good value for money. I hope you found the information and my review helpful.
