Review on Whirlpool 4396923 Porcelain Broiler Black by Anthoni Hayes

When I first unpacked the grill pan I thought yes it looks like the one that comes with the oven . It had a non-stick coating and seemed durable. The first time I used it to sear some turkey patties, it warped and twisted as I cooked on my grill setting. As the pan cooled, she straightened. But it's a griddle, isn't it? Also, the patties were horribly sticky (and I used a high-temp nonstick spray)! It took too long to clean and some of the debris didn't come off. I've used it a few times with the same result. Now I cover the top with foil and make holes for the fat to drain so I don't have to spend all my time peeling it off. I will eventually buy something else, just trying to make some money out of it.
