Good quality is a good product.

No issues and it's the quality I was hoping for. I've seen several reviews saying parts are low quality or flimsy. I assure you this is a thick, sturdy, heavy frying pan, not a discount item. I expect to use it for many years. As with all grill pans, you'll need to use some elbow grease and dish soap to really get it clean, but it holds up well. TRAY DEFECTIVE DESIGN

The drip tray is flat and worse, its four corners are slightly angled so anything above the thinnest layer of water will slosh from side to side creating an imbalance in handling and the risk of splashing when entering or exiting the oven. This is a large pot and needs enough water to fill the bottom of the pot, but that's a problem! The volume of water combined with the slope of the side of this flat tray easily splashes from side to side, so you have to be very careful and move slowly so as…
