Review on Sawing machine DeWALT DWE7485, 1850 W by Mateusz Sowa ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just super, it's beautifully made, I'm very happy with it.

Bought because of the parallel stop. Before that, there was a light green saw (another brand) with the number 1800. There parallel emphasis it was something. I began to search with such an emphasis that I could work without rechecking the emphasis every time. They brought a saw. I put emphasis. It is parallel to the disk right out of the box. When you bring the emphasis to the disk, the pointer on the ruler shows "0". This is also out of the box. The index is unambiguous. There is no such thing that from different angles of view, the indications of the pointer look different. Chip removal can be organized from above and below at the same time, so sawdust does not scatter in different directions. All accessories (stop, protractor, pusher, wrench, riving knife) can be stored in the saw itself, everything is available. After unpacking, I had to set the riving knife. For precise positioning, there are 5 screws that allow the knife to be adjusted very finely. Protractor backlash. On the expanses of the network, I found advice to stick masking tape on the sides. I did it on the advice, pasted the adhesive tape, there is no more backlash, the protractor with the adhesive tape normally rides. The saw blade from the kit does not leave chips on top when dissolving chipboard, but it chips off from below. Chips up to 1mm and this despite the fact that there is no zero liner. The chips can be seen in the photo. One is the top side, the other is the bottom side.

Pros
  • parallel stop, ruler indicator, chip control, adjustment possibilities
