Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

You can find cheaper, but be aware that this is ON.
According to the recommendation 3 tablets a day, I drink 2, it is enough.

Pros

Top manufacturer. Compared these multivitamins with Solgar. Opti is cheaper and more balanced (for me for sports).

I take 2 tablets a day. From 3 starts to hurt the liver. Pharmacy vitamins nervously smoke on the sidelines.
