I like this for the price, quality ingredients, NO crappy filler ingredients. I use it almost every day and never have gas, bloating, etc. It doesn't sit in your gut and is digested very quickly. Great for post/before and for snacks/extra use. The taste is quite pleasant, of course it works best with milk, but I usually always use water, and that's just great.
