One stop shop when building out chat solutions
It's easy to use and customize for any business need. There are plenty of examples in the documentation which makes it very user friendly as well. I have not found anything at this time that I dislike about it. If you want an all-in-one solution for your customer engagement needs then there is no better option than Chatscript. We were looking for something simple to install but powerful enough to handle complex scenarios like sales lead generation or appointment setting automation with ease. We needed a complete solution from integration point of view to UI design.
Pros
- Everything just clicked together once we started using chat script! No prior knowledge was required before starting up our project development effort everything seemed obvious after seeing some example code snippets provided by them
