I've used Cardone remanufactured parts twice on a 1990 F-150 - no problems with either.
core replacement was easy, rebuilt unit worked well; However, the mounting studs did not match the block I was replacing.
Pros
- Shaft finishes to precise specifications to prevent premature seal wear and extend pump life; The final pump assembly is computer tested to measure pressure, bypass, fluid flow, valve operation, steering effort and noise to ensure reliable performance.
