Review on πŸ’« Renewed Samsung Galaxy A71 5G Fully Unlocked (128GB, Prism Cube Black) by Eimei Suzuki ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

My money is wasted, the product is terrible.

Carefully! Do not buy any products made by Samsung! I made my purchase for a Galaxy A71 smartphone on August 25, 2022 at the official Samsung store in Hong Kong. The store is located in the "Avenue" shopping center on Yugo-Zapadnaya. You could argue that he handled the phone with the utmost care, or even that he "blew off the dust particles." He was extremely careful. As March 2022 rolled around, rapid charging was no longer an option, and soon after, the phone stopped responding to its own native charger altogether. He did not charge until after the device had been turned off, and even then, not immediately. It took three hours to reach its full capacity after being charged. During that time, I was nowhere near Hong Kong, but I still had to put up with him. The phone is still covered under the warranty. When I eventually made it to the "Avenue" to get it replaced, I was informed that they would take it for examination to determine who was to blame for the breakdown, and that the process may take anywhere from 45 to 60 days. That's fine with me. They responded to my question, "What should I use all these days while the phone is being examined?" with the following: "get a new one and use it, these are not our concerns"))) In general, I sent it to a service facility through a courier, and once there, they opened it up, repaired it, and β€” as I was informed β€” they changed the USB cable. They offered a warranty on this repair that was good for a period of two months)) It is now the fifth day that I have gone without a phone, despite the fact that it was repaired the next day) And I am writing this review on a phone that a friend lent to me. In addition, I posted a review of this product on Samsung's official website; nevertheless, I later got a letter in the mail that had the following text: "Oops! It appears like there was an error with your rating "))) I'm going to put this warning out there once more: GUYS, BE CAREFUL! DO NOT DEAL WITH SAMSUNG! They don't give a damn about your issues; all that matters to them is making a profit off of the sale of a broken phone to you! I really appreciate it.
