Review on Black Metallic Shine Merino Acrylic Knitting & Crochet and Yarn by Jessica Lewis

I used this yarn to knit a shawl for a friend and although the shawl turned out beautifully I will not be buying this yarn again. As advertised it has a nice sheen but the problem lies in the different materials the yarn is made from. I found that the black threads in this black and blue yarn were constantly sticking, knotting and tangling together (and that was after I rewound and made a few knots). If you are willing to deal with it, you will end up with a very nice end product. That's why I was happy to give three stars, the price would be more reasonable if the yarn wasn't so difficult to work with.
