Samsung S7 SkyPro Android worked great.

To my surprise, this little TV worked like clockwork. I'm in New Hampshire, USA, about 40 miles from the Boston TV antennas. At first I thought it was useless, but after a few failures it worked. It comes with two antennas: a small loop antenna and bunny ears on a 6-8 foot wire. I downloaded and installed the PAD TV HD app first, which had a different icon than the one on the box. I connected the interface to the phone and the application appeared. I had to answer yes to a few suspicious questions about accessing my phone, but I did it anyway. I then scanned the US with a small loop antenna. It found about 20 channels but when I tried to play them I had sound but no picture. I went into the settings and set "Hardware DEC" to "NO" after which it worked at least a little. But then it won't work. Rebooted, then did a new scan, but this time I used bunny ears. I ended up with about 20 channels but I can see maybe 5 but those are the networks I want to see and after some tweaking of the bunny ears they went back to normal. Being on the fringes for OTA TV, I usually need a fairly large antenna to get TV, but these little bunny ears worked just fine. So if you're in a good reception area, you should be fine. It runs for an hour or two, but drains the battery pretty quickly, requiring you to unplug the receiver so you can plug in the charging cable. I've used this on a Tracfone Samsung S7 SkyPro which has a cracked screen and is therefore no longer operational so I think this is a nice little portable TV that could come in handy.
