I have ordered a MyGica PT681 ATSC tuner for Android devices. This should work with my Android 4.4 phone. I installed the PAD TV HD app on my phone. The tuner never loaded. As far as I know, the device sent to me was not a MyGica PT681. My device did not have the MyGica brand or trademarks on the device itself, on the packaging, or in the installation guide. Compare the photos of what was sent to me with the photos of the MyGica product. Returned.

Excellent tuner and picks up all the channels I got on the TV. My only complaint is that the free software that came with it randomly stopped working and I had to restart everything. Haven't tried the supplied remote yet because I'd need to reset all my channels - I had a remoteless remote that died from a lightning strike and I used the settings from that with this one. . Products get very hot, plug directly into the USB port of my Samsung tablet which also gets very hot. I stopped using it because I don't want to risk my expensive phone and tablet. I contacted the manufacturer and the seller because I thought the product was defective. The seller offered a replacement but didn't comply. Apparently there is no guarantee. I do not recommend.
