I love this gadget. It is ideal for thinly slicing strawberries, salads, desserts and drinks. I usually hate single purpose kitchen appliances because storing them in cabinets and drawers is expensive. So I hesitated to try when I can just cut them with a knife. But wow, that's amazing. The only complaint I can have (if you can call it that) is that it's difficult to clean the inside of the white plastic part where the razors are located. I don't think there's a way to avoid this unfortunately, so I just soak a piece of plastic for a while and then the food washes off. I had it for the summer and it was a great addition to the kitchen.
