Here you get what you pay for. It's cheap and you can tell. However, it works. The only problem I had was that it's difficult to find one of these locks that fits a specific size that you might want to replace, so I had to do some drilling and chiseling to get everything to fit the door properly. . From what has been said and done, it works decently enough. The only major problem I have is that the lock here is waiting for the door to open from the outside. The door to my bedroom opens from the outside in, so the door can be slid because the corner of the mechanism isn't facing the right way. There's no way I can fix that, this product wasn't designed to be reversible so I just want to say make sure you get the correct reversible lock before you buy, otherwise you'll have to lock the door with a key , if you don't. I don't want anyone to open your door haha.
