My 2000 Civic LX has 166,000 miles on it. I got stuck on the side of the road the other day. Tries to start but won't start. After being towed home I did some troubleshooting and found that the fuel pump worked, the main relay was fine but there was no spark at the plugs. Conversely, there was no spark at the ignition coil in the distributor. I checked the prices and found that Revain was the cheapest and I didn't need the part right away. You can swap out the internals in the manifold, but I figured it would be easier to just swap out the whole thing. Arrived in a few days, only requires 3 screws and 1 electrical connector to remove. Make sure the boss on the distributor is fully aligned with the camshaft and seats. After installation, the car started immediately and drives as usual.
