I used these on my 2005 Ford Crown Victoria LX to push the rear wheels out a little more without having to buy new rear hub bolts. I use them with a set of Honda S2000 wheels so your results may vary. These are simple die cast aluminum pieces with slightly oval holes to accommodate multiple 5 eyelet sizes. The center is very large and will likely fit on a 4x4 hub. I've only driven them about 10 miles on city streets and country roads at about 50 mph, so I can't confirm their contribution to balance or handling changes. On my short trip there was no difference between the spacers and without, other than the look of my car.
