I like that it is easy to use in regards of being able to track all aspects related my healthcare plan while at work or even during down time due too illness/injury etc this was key! The system did not recognize many names used by our physicians which were required when filling out paperwork therefore there would be mistakes made throughout any given day! It also took longer than expected to load sometimes after opening up several tabs from different sources we had no way go back into previous pages once finished loading so some info could have been missed over multiple sessions (which you can't save). Also if using online chat feature make sure your screen size fits fully because small areas cause issues regarding resolution & text readability / clarity - especially via zoom function. If looking an affordable webbased Electronic Medical Records System then i do recommend them since they are reliable but keep in mind what their customer service capabilities truly look like before purchasing otherwise things will eventually turn bad very quickly! We needed something simple yet comprehensive to help us manage medical information pertaining to myself specifically along side other employees within same family unit without having I like that it is easy to use and navigate through the system. It is very user friendly. The customer service is excellent and helpful. There are some things that could be improved but nothing major. It is a great product and would highly recommend it! I have been using this software since 2013 and have been extremely pleased with everything about it. It has helped me organize my medical records and create reports.
