The system is user friendly! It's intuitive to use. It makes it easy to see patients that need my help and what they have been doing recently. Being able to share patient data from other systems has helped tremendously in terms of continuity of care for our patients. Also very helpful to be able to enter notes and prescriptions online to save time at office visits which also improves flow during appointments. The ability to access my medical record from anywhere has saved me time while I am in the office or out of town at home! It is easy enough that anyone can use it without assistance. This product solves many problems we have had previously regarding accessibility. I like that it is easy to use in regards of being able to track all aspects related my healthcare plan while at work or even during down time due too illness/injury etc this was key! The system did not recognize many names used by our physicians which were required when filling out paperwork therefore there would be mistakes made throughout any given day! I like that it's easy to use in conjunction of my other software (Medisoft). It can be difficult at times when you need help using certain functions or if there is an issue during implementation/upgrade process from previous version - they are always quick & helpful!
