I like that it's easy to use in conjunction of my other software (Medisoft).

It can be difficult at times when you need help using certain functions or if there is an issue during implementation/upgrade process from previous version - they are always quick & helpful! The cost factor was not very attractive since we were looking forward towards going paperless but now after realizing how important this system will aid us greatly i'm glad our organization went ahead wih their decision because so far things have been working great :).
