The ability to access my medical record from anywhere has saved me time while I am in the office or out of town at home! It is easy enough that anyone can use it without assistance. This product solves many problems we have had previously regarding accessibility. Some minor issues are being addressed but they should be expected when launching any new system like this one would not expect perfect results right off the bat. Accessibility/convenience - saves traveling back and forth between multiple locations if you do not know where your doctor's visit was conducted.
