Review on 🔘 Ford & Mercury Steering Wheel Mounted Cruise Control Switch - Compatible with Explorer, Sport Trac, Ranger, F150 - replaces F87Z9C888BB 2000-2003 by Paul Rosemark

Cruise control worked on my 2000 Ford Ranger XLT. The tabs were broken. I tried gluing but it only lasted a couple of weeks. Watch a YouTube video on how easy it is to use the switches and leave the factory wiring in place if your system works, minus the broken mounting points. After following the instructions to discharge the system by disconnecting the positive battery terminal (very careful with the airbag) the whole process took about 30 minutes. I also carefully removed my plugs from the switches and from the factory switches and made a swap. Six screws together. 2 bolts 8mm for airbag, 4 cross keys for switch. 30 minutes! Did a test drive, everything works great. Thank you for saving me hundreds at the dealer!
