Nothing compared to a traditional grater
We've been using a traditional citrus grater for decades. Our son convinced us to invest in this Cester. Wow! There is no comparison. This thing works like magic and we're having more fun than we ever thought. (Time for lime pie) Wooden handle is the best shelf! Easy to hold, easy to use. Deiss manufactures quality products.
