I got the Actiontec MyWirelessTV2 as a Christmas present. Its main purpose is to mirror my downstairs DirectV set-top box for my upstairs TV. For $200 you can install a Directv wireless box, but it's a cheaper option as it saves you $7 a month. Pros: It works very well, almost 100% lag-free. I say this because it seems that sometimes when I press the guide button it appears when I press it and others it appears almost 1 second later. I wouldn't play games on it but it works fine for watching TV in my room. It comes with an IR blaster so you can control your TV with a remote control. I didn't plug it in though as I have an RF remote for the downstairs room and plan to buy another one. Cons: It was a pain to set up. When I first plugged it in the receiver said it couldn't connect to the transmitter so I unplugged it and plugged it back in only to find it still says the same thing. Next thing I tried was unplugging the transmitter and then it said it was connecting only to find a black screen on the receiver and a flashing screen on the transmitter. When I disabled it a second time, it finally worked. The HDMI cables (thankfully they were included) were too short so it has to lean over a shelf to plug it in, but that doesn't matter as I can buy a longer one for $5. Overall the box works pretty well with a few minor issues that don't bother me too much as I use it for TV. Great product, I would buy again.
