FIRST DO NOT keep your machete or hook in the same compartment as this sharpener! Bevel, construction, safety and comfort are great for sharpening AX. For a bushuka or machete, their blades are too thin, and with a 25* bevel, it will "try" to sharpen no more than 1/8" of the blade edge. With that much bevel, it won't last more than 15 minutes sharp under normal, stress-free use.If you pick up a marker, close the word machete, and use it solely to sharpen your axe, you will be very satisfied.PLEASE do not waste your time, energy, or your machete/blade If so, it is predicted that you will soon be speaking seaman's terms and possibly tossing the tool and sharpener in the woods, garbage or any other place that can save him from distorted suffering.😁
