It provides an overview of all our inventory in one place which makes it easy to access information for projects as well as manage purchasing activities across multiple sites or departments within my organization. The tool allows us track costs associated with each project so we can easily see where there are savings opportunities if any exist at time of purchase versus usage during execution phase (also known as 'on demand' use). I like how simple this program was when initially set up but am having some difficulty using certain features from previous versions due to changes made by new version - need more training / support/ assistance! This system helps me keep accurate records regarding cost incurred per task performed throughout various phases related to construction services provided via different contractors working under contract between owner & contractor(s).
